So, you’ve decided you would like to use ftrack, and you want to onboard your team/company onto the platform. We’ve got good news for you – you’re in the right place!
Whether you're onboarding a small team with just a few users or a multi-site company with 1000s of people, onboarding can be a challenge. We’ve designed this series of articles to ease the pain. We’ll take you through the steps required to get everyone onto the ftrack platform, to implement it at your company, and get everyone up and running on your first creative project.

There are many ways you can start using ftrack, but the easiest way is to read this guide from start to finish:
- Start with this section – we’ll cover the benefits of selecting a system owner, run through a project from start to finish in ftrack, and give some insight on how to get the most out of ftrack.
- Next, you need to configure your workspace. Start with section two – Set up your workspace and follow the instructions.
- Then it’s time to integrate! If you plan to integrate ftrack with the creative software you use in production, head over to section three – Integrations and pipeline.
- Finally, check out section four – Train the team
