Giving access and inviting your co-workers is an important step when implementing ftrack. Most people in an organization can benefit from using ftrack, as it is a hub of all project-related information and communication.
ftrack integrates with Active Directory/LDAP as well as Google Apps and Single Sign on via SAML (Enterprise). When using an integration with an external service, you do not have to create the accounts manually; they can be synced from that service, instead.
Only an enabled user account requires a license. You can always enable or disable accounts to manage access.
For extra security, we recommend that you enable 2-factor authentication.
